How to Request a Revision
- 7-day window — revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of your delivery email. Requests received after this window will not be honored.
- How to request — reply directly to your delivery email with specific feedback for each image (e.g., "remove the rug," "change sofa to a lighter color," "add a floor lamp"). The more specific your feedback, the better the result.
- Turnaround — approved revisions are re-delivered within 24 hours.
- Revision limit — once your included revisions have been used, no further changes are available for that order. We recommend submitting consolidated, specific feedback to make the most of your revisions.
What Revisions Cover
Revisions may be used to adjust:
- Furniture style, color, or arrangement
- Color palette or overall tone
- Addition or removal of specific decor items
- Lighting or brightness adjustments
Revisions do not cover requests to re-stage a room in a completely different style from the original order brief, or to add rooms not included in the original order.
