Renveil ("we," "us," or "our") provides AI-powered virtual staging services to real estate professionals. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to this policy.

Information We Collect

• Account & order information — your name, email address, brokerage, and order details when you place an order.
• Property photos — images you upload of the properties you want staged. These are stored securely and used solely to produce your staged renders.
• Payment information — processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Usage data — standard website analytics (pages visited, browser type, referring URL) via Google Analytics.

How We Use Your Information

• To fulfill your order and deliver staged images
• To send order confirmation and delivery emails
• To respond to your questions or support requests
• To improve our service and website

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services

We use the following trusted services to operate Renveil:

• Stripe — payment processing. Subject to Stripe's privacy policy.
• Supabase — secure cloud storage for order data and uploaded photos.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Google Analytics — anonymous website usage statistics.
• Vercel — website hosting.

Photo Retention

Your uploaded property photos are retained for 90 days after order completion to allow for revisions and redelivery requests. After that period, photos are permanently deleted from our storage. Delivered staged images are retained for 90 days and then removed.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@renveil.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use cookies for website analytics only (Google Analytics). No advertising or tracking cookies are used. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.
